To place an order you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age required by local law, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

Safe Use of Our Products

Our products are at-home pet grooming tools. They are not veterinary products and our guides are not veterinary advice. Please read the instructions included with your product and our Nail Day Guide before first use, and keep these points in mind:

  • Trim small amounts at a time and stop if your dog shows signs of pain or distress.
  • The LED light helps you see the quick on light and clear nails. It does not show the quick through dark or black nails.
  • If your dog's nails are very overgrown, bleeding, cracked or infected, or if your dog has a medical condition, consult a veterinarian or professional groomer before trimming.
  • Keep blades and grinders away from children and use the product only for its intended purpose.
  • Charge the device only with a suitable USB-C cable and do not use it if it is damaged.

Products & Product Information

We try to describe our products accurately, but product descriptions, images and other content may contain occasional errors. Images are for illustration, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product availability may change without notice.

Digital Products

Some bundles include a digital Nail Day Guide (PDF). It is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
